Client Centered Therapy Carl Rogers

This is one of the core belief of Client Centered Therapy or Person-centered therapy. While following this therapy it is believed that people are fully capable to be their best. Therefore, Client-centered therapy focus to encourage the client towards self-discovery, self-actualization, inner potential and self-direction to take charge of their destiny and change it. This approach have found to be very effective with the client suffering from personality disorders, anxiety, depression, lack of self-confidence and self-esteem, eating disorders, relationship issues and alcohol addictions.
