I work with biopsychosocial perspective which integrates and focus on wide range of biological, psychological and sociocultural factors in an individual’s life which might be positively and negatively affecting that individual’s psychological functioning. I believe counselling process works best when it takes place in a collaborative, integrative and safe atmosphere where the client leads the session and the therapist plays the role of a helper or navigator on their therapeutic journey together.
Though each client is unique and require customized treatment plan, following are some of the therapies which I use quite frequently:

I believe it’s educational and client’s right to know which therapies your therapist prefer to use and why. During every session my goal is to find the integrative approach (borrowing ideas and methods from other theories) that best suits each client as per their problem, personality, life experiences, interest and comfort level.
You and I will also be reviewing your progress after every couple of sessions. Whenever you feel I am not a right match for you, I am happy to refer you to another professional as per your requirement.
